Alcohol Policy:
Beer is permitted in cans only, we ask that it is kept to a minimum. There is to be no more than 6 cans per legal age person on the vessel. Intoxication or unsafe behavior ( In any Manner ) is grounds for termination of the trip with no refund. We will return to the dock immediately!
Cancellation & Deposit Policy:
All cancellations are made by the captain based on weather and sea conditions. Rain is not a factor. If a group is a no-show, then all deposit monies will be forfeited. All trips require a $100.00 deposit (Trolling/ Offshore $200.00) to hold any date. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, your trip will be rescheduled to an available date that is convenient to you. If no agreeable dates are available for the current season, your trip will be rescheduled next year. Please tip mates 15-20% aboard during your trip. The balance must be paid in full before the boat leaves the dock.
